End User Agreement

Account creation or Platform use constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

About This Agreement

Molt is a personal health operating system. Molt analyses body metrics, goals, and behaviour to generate a precise daily plan. Coaches and Kitchen Vendors execute against Molt’s system.

1. Definitions

Defined terms used throughout this agreement.

Meal PlanA subscription-based meal delivery service offered through the Platform.
Custom Macro MealA meal prepared to specific protein, carbohydrate, and fat (PCF) targets as calculated by Molt.
Molt CreditsIn-app reward currency earned through referrals and redeemable on the Platform.
ServicesAll features, tools, content, and functionality available through the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Eligibility criteria and account setup.

2.1 Age Requirement

Minimum age: 18 years. Account creation confirms this requirement is met.

2.2 Account Accuracy

Registration requires accurate, complete, and current information — including body metrics, health history, and fitness goals. Inaccurate data affects plan quality.

2.3 Account Security

Login credentials are the account holder’s responsibility. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported to support@molt.app immediately. Molt is not liable for loss resulting from unauthorised account access.

2.4 One Account Per Person

One account per registered user. Duplicate accounts created to manipulate referrals or circumvent restrictions result in termination.

3. Platform Services

Features available to registered users.

3.1 Fitness & Nutrition Plan Generation

Molt analyses body metrics, goals, and behavioural data to generate a daily nutrition and fitness plan. Plans include calorie targets, macronutrient breakdowns, step targets, and activity recommendations. Plans are updated based on progress data.

3.2 Activity & Meal Tracking

Meals are logged via text or photo input. Steps, activities, and body weight are tracked daily. Data syncs in real time.

3.3 Coach Connectivity

When a Coach link is active, Molt shares agreed health and activity data in real time. Data sharing scope is configured within the app. Coach links are deactivated at any time from app settings. Initiating a Coach link confirms consent to this data sharing.

3.4 Meal Plan Purchases

Meal Plan subscriptions allow selection from multiple Kitchen Vendor brands. Meals are delivered to the registered address on the selected delivery schedule.

3.5 Custom Macro Meals

Custom Macro Meals are prepared to specific PCF targets as calculated by Molt. Pricing is based on actual macros per meal. Actual macro content may vary within defined tolerance.

3.6 Weekly Progress Reviews

Molt generates weekly progress reports covering activity, nutrition, and body composition. Plan adjustments are calculated from review data and configured within the app.

3.7 Molt Shop

Health-related retail products are available through the Molt Shop. Separate purchase terms apply.

4. Meal Plans — Subscriptions, Payment & Delivery

Billing, cancellation, delivery, and food safety terms.

4.1 Subscription Billing

Meal plan subscriptions are billed based on the selected plan duration (weekly, monthly, or quarterly). Payment is processed at the time of purchase. All prices are in AED and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted methods: major credit/debit cards and any method listed at checkout. Providing payment details authorises Molt to process charges against the selected subscription. The registered payment card must be owned by or expressly authorised for use by the account holder. Molt is not liable for fraudulent card use. Liability rests solely with the account holder.

4.3 Cancellation & Pausing

Trial plans (1-week duration) are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Subscriptions are paused directly within the app. Cancellations are processed through customer service. Plan changes and cancellations are subject to the following cutoff:

  • Cancellation deadline: 12:00 PM, two days prior to the next scheduled delivery. Example: to cancel a Thursday delivery, cancellation must be submitted by Tuesday at 12:00 PM.

  • Cancellations submitted after the 12:00 PM deadline are not eligible for refund.

  • No-response at delivery or unavailability at the registered address: zero refund applied.

Cancellation charges and refund calculation:

  • A cancellation fee of 20% of the original plan rate (excluding discounts) is applied.

  • The remaining balance is refunded to the original payment method within 14 working days of cancellation confirmation. Delays attributable to banking institutions are outside Molt’s control.

  • All Molt Credits earned on a cancelled order are forfeited upon cancellation.

Meals already confirmed for dispatch in the current cycle are not eligible for cancellation.

4.4 Plan Editing & Freezing

Plan details, meal preferences, and personal information may be edited or frozen before 12:00 PM, two days prior to the scheduled delivery date. No changes are accepted after this cutoff. Molt is not responsible for inconveniences resulting from missed cutoff times.

4.5 Delivery

Molt coordinates last-mile delivery from Kitchen Vendor partners. Delivery times are estimates. Variation may occur due to traffic, weather, or third-party logistics. Accurate delivery address data is the account holder’s responsibility.

If the account holder is unavailable at the registered address, or if the delivery slot is scheduled before 7:30 AM, the delivery partner will generally leave the package at the door or reception area unless alternative instructions are provided. Immediate and proper storage of meals upon receipt is the account holder’s responsibility.

In cases of adverse weather or events outside Molt’s control, delivery will be attempted as promptly as possible. Where timely delivery is not feasible, the affected meal delivery may be cancelled and a credit or refund issued for that portion of the order.

4.6 Missed Deliveries & Order Issues

Non-delivery, damaged delivery, wrong meal, or missing items: submit to support@molt.app within 24 hours of the expected delivery time with supporting details. Molt assesses each case and issues a replacement at the next available delivery slot, equivalent credit, or refund as appropriate.

Meals already consumed are not eligible for refund. Labels must be checked for accuracy before consumption.

4.7 Food Safety & Handling Upon Receipt

Ownership and risk transfer to the account holder upon delivery. Responsibility for proper storage, refrigeration, and preparation of meals from the point of receipt rests with the account holder.

Upon receipt, all meals must be inspected for damage or discrepancies and refrigerated immediately. Perishable items must be handled in compliance with Dubai Food Safety Department guidelines. Recommended internal cooking temperatures: 75°C (Dubai Municipality) or 165°F (USDA) for meats, poultry, and seafood.

Failure to follow safe food handling practices may increase the risk of foodborne illness. Pregnant individuals, young children, elderly persons, and those with compromised immune systems should follow Dubai Municipality Food Safety guidelines for vulnerable groups.

4.8 Menu Availability

Meal options are subject to weekly availability from Kitchen Vendors. Molt does not guarantee availability of any specific meal. Menu changes are communicated in advance where possible.

Auto-selected meals generated by the Molt system are the account holder’s responsibility to review and modify before the cutoff. If an auto-selected meal is not changed, the selection is treated as confirmed.

4.9 Allergens & Dietary Requirements

Molt’s Kitchen Vendor kitchens handle all major allergens. Cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed absent.

Allergen and ingredient information is provided for each meal and must be reviewed before ordering. Molt does not operate allergen-free facilities. Meals are not suitable for individuals with severe allergies, sensitivities, or relevant medical conditions.

Where an ingredient is marked as a dislike, Kitchen Vendors use best efforts to exclude it. Exclusion is not guaranteed. If a selected meal contains a disliked ingredient and the meal has not been swapped before the cutoff, the selection is treated as an informed choice by the account holder.

Severe allergy cases require healthcare professional consultation before subscribing. Molt is not liable for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed allergen sensitivities.

4.10 Nutritional Accuracy

Nutritional values displayed on meals and within the Platform are estimates. Variance may occur due to ingredient availability, preparation method, portion size, and ingredient substitution. Molt does not guarantee 100% accuracy of caloric or macronutrient targets.

For Custom Macro Meals, targets represent general wellness and fitness estimates. These are not clinical dietary prescriptions.

5. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Scope of Molt’s health guidance.

Molt is not a medical service. None of its content constitutes medical advice.

Molt is a wellness and fitness platform. Nutrition plans, fitness recommendations, and content are for general wellness purposes only.

Healthcare professional consultation is required before initiating any new diet, nutrition, or exercise programme. This requirement applies in particular where a medical condition is present.

Platform use acknowledges:

  • Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

  • Plan accuracy depends on the accuracy of data provided at registration.

  • Molt is not responsible for adverse health outcomes resulting from following plan recommendations.

5.1 Feature-Specific Health Considerations

  • Custom Macro Meals: Macro targets are estimates for general wellness and fitness purposes. These are not clinical dietary prescriptions.

  • AI Meal Logging (Photo & Text): Nutritional estimates from photos or text are approximate. Exact product formulations may differ.

  • Fitness & Nutrition Plans: Plans are generated from registered data. These do not constitute medical advice. Suitability varies by individual.

5.2 AI & Technology Disclaimer

Molt uses AI and machine learning to generate nutrition plans, analyse meal photos, and personalise recommendations. AI outputs carry a margin of error. These must not be used as the sole basis for medical or clinical decisions.

5.3 Nutritional Data Accuracy

Nutritional information on the Platform — including food database data, AI photo analysis, and text logging — is an estimate. Actual content varies by preparation method, portion size, and ingredient substitution. Nutritional accuracy is not guaranteed.

6. Referral Programme & Molt Credits

Referral programme and Credits terms.

6.1 Earning Molt Credits

Credits are earned by referring new users or Coaches using a unique referral code. Credit amounts and programme terms are displayed within the app. Terms are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6.2 Redeeming Credits

Credits are redeemed against Meal Plan subscriptions or Molt Shop purchases. Credits carry no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless stated otherwise.

6.3 Expiry & Forfeiture

Credits expire 12 months from the date earned unless otherwise stated. Credits are forfeited upon account termination.

6.4 Fraud & Misuse

Referral programme manipulation — including fake accounts, self-referrals, or automated schemes — results in forfeiture of all Credits and account suspension.

7. Acceptable Use

Prohibited conduct.

Platform use is permitted for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. Prohibited:

  • Submitting false or misleading information during onboarding or in-profile.

  • Using the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm users, Coaches, or Vendors.

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with any part of the Platform.

  • Automated Platform access via scripts, bots, or scrapers.

  • Sharing, selling, or transferring an account.

  • Uploading content that is harmful, offensive, or that infringes third-party rights.

  • Operating the Platform in a manner that damages its reputation or functionality.

Violations result in account suspension or termination.

8. Data, Privacy & Health Information

Data collection and handling.

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy (molt.app/privacy-policy). Platform use confirms consent to the collection, storage, and processing of personal and health data as described therein.

Scope of data collected and processed:

  • Molt collects body metrics, activity data, meal logs, and location data (for delivery) to power the plan and Platform.

  • Health data is classified as sensitive personal data. Protection is in accordance with applicable UAE data protection law.

  • Data shared with a Coach is limited to the information authorised within the app.

  • Personal data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Platform use grants Molt Technologies L.L.C-FZ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable licence to use anonymised and aggregated data derived from Platform activity to develop, adjust, and train algorithms, AI models, and features. This licence applies after account closure. Individually identifiable data is not used in published research, external products, or third-party services.

  • Users have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their data at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property ownership.

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform — including the Molt name and logo, algorithms, software, design, text, and graphics — are owned by Molt Technologies L.L.C-FZ and protected under applicable intellectual property law.

A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence is granted to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works requires prior written consent from Molt.

Feedback or suggestions submitted about the Platform may be used by Molt without obligation to compensate the submitter.

10. Third-Party Services & Partners

Third-party partnerships.

Molt partners with Kitchen Vendors to supply meals and with third-party logistics providers for delivery. Molt is not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party service providers, including delivery delays, quality issues, or meal preparation errors.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Molt does not endorse or take responsibility for any third-party content or services.

10.1 Independence of Coaches

Coaches are independent professionals. Molt does not employ, supervise, or control Coaches. Molt does not verify, endorse, or accept responsibility for coaching advice, plans, or guidance. The coaching relationship is directly between the User and the Coach. Molt is not liable for outcomes arising from a Coach’s advice or services. Concerns about a Coach’s conduct: submit to support@molt.app.

11. Limitation of Liability

Scope of Molt’s liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

  • Molt provides the Platform and its Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • Molt does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

  • Molt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Platform use.

  • Molt’s total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the total amount paid to Molt in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Termination & Suspension

Account closure conditions.

12.1 By Account Holder

Accounts are deleted at any time through app settings or via support@molt.app. Deletion results in permanent loss of all data, progress history, and unused Credits.

12.2 By Molt

Molt may suspend or terminate accounts where there is reasonable belief of a Terms violation, fraud, or extended inactivity. Reasonable notice is provided where possible.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, Platform access ceases immediately. Active Meal Plan subscriptions are cancelled. A pro-rated refund is issued for unused days in the current billing cycle, unless termination results from a Terms breach.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms are updated periodically to reflect changes in the Platform, applicable law, or business practices. Material changes are communicated via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Disputes may be submitted to support@molt.app for informal resolution before formal proceedings are initiated.
